Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver – Early Morning Shift

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Required Availability)Job Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeLocation: Anderson, IN

Job Summary

CareCruze Medical Transport, LLC is hiring experienced and dependable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers. This role requires early-morning availability, strong attendance, and a commitment to safe, on-time transportation for medical appointments.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments  Maintain punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules Provide courteous, professional customer service  Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays or changes  Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available between 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM  Early-morning reliability is required

Pay & Incentives

• $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)  Driver incentives available for dependable and punctual drivers Consistent routes available

Vehicle Requirements

• Must be willing to use personal vehicle during a 90-day probationary period  Transition to company vehicle after successful probation

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year NEMT driving experience  Valid driver’s license Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 5 years)  Ability to pass a urine drug screen Ability to pass a 7-year background check  Strong attendance and punctuality
