Legal Assistant / Entry-Level Paralegal

Location: Baltimore, MD

Our client is a team of experienced and trusted lawyers specializing in personal injury law. Their attorneys are respected for representing people who have been injured due to negligence, defective products, sexual abuse, or unsafe environments.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role with our client in Baltimore. The Legal Assistant / Entry-Level Paralegal will provide support to attorneys in managing personal injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to grow their skills in litigation and case management.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with case intake, organization, and file management

· Draft basic correspondence and assist with discovery preparation

· Organize and summarize medical records and other case documents

· Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed

· Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and medical providers

· Support trial preparation under attorney supervision

Qualifications

· 0-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal (personal injury experience preferred but not required)

· Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant coursework is a plus

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management software is a plus

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
