Hassler Heating & Air Conditioning, a Diamond Certified and an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is immediately hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer .

Position: Lead HVAC Installer
Location: El Cerrito, CA 94530
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed to meet business needs
Compensation: Up to $45.00 per hour (DOE) + Time Performance Spiffs- Also SIGN-ON BONUS up to $5,000.

Lead HVAC Installer Position Summary:
The Lead HVAC Installer will install heating and air conditioning equipment in residential customers' homes. This includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and other related components. The Lead HVAC Installer will also lead the work of junior installers to maintain our high quality and timely job performance.

Job Requirements

Lead HVAC Installer Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• EPA-Universal certification.
• Proficient with furnaces, AC, HP, and Ductless HP installations.
• Able to measure duct- work and install all equipment accessories.
• Test line sets evacuate and charge systems.
• Ability to complete simple low and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe.
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC codes and proper application.
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
