Accelerated CFI School
The accelerated CFI School and Flight Instructor Academy program is conducted under FAA Part 61. We also have a 15-hour FAA approved Part 141 CFI Flight Instructor program available. Flight Instructor training hours are based upon average flight student completion times and experience.
CFI Ground School and Fees
The CFI Flight Instructor fees are for the entire CFI training package and include all fees for CFI ground school, CFI flight training materials, CFI study materials, and other fees. Additional hours needed will be charged at our currently published rates for flight instruction, ground instruction, and aircraft rates.
How long is the accelerated CFI Course?
Our Flight Instructor CFI Academy training program can be completed within 2 weeks of full-time flight training. Progress and completion times depend on your motivation and engagement. FAA practical exams and CFI checkrides may take a little longer depending on the FAA DPE Pilot Examiner availability.
CFI Flight Schools Admission Process
To start the admission to CFI Flight Instructor training program, complete our enrollment form. A down payment is required during the CFI enrollment process.
CFI Flight Instructor Requirements
- CFI Age: 18 years to begin
- FAA Medical: 3rd Class FAA Medical for flight training
Yes, all of our CFI Flight Instructor courses are Federal Aviation Administration FAA Part 141 approved and eligible for the GI Bill program. Certified Flight Instructor training is GI Bill approved.
