Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary: $12-$14 to start

A fast-growing custom apparel and print production company located in Alcoa, TN have an immediate need in warehouse. Company specialize in high-quality screen printing, embroidery, and custom merchandise for schools, teams, businesses, and events. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Print Production Associate to join our team and help support our fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect printed garments for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Assist with post-production tasks including trimming threads, folding, tagging, sorting, and packaging
• Operate heat press, vinyl, and finishing equipment (training provided)
• Prepare orders for shipment by counting, organizing, and labeling garments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Support production team as needed during peak order periods

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to spot print flaws or inconsistencies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–40 lbs
• Previous experience in screen printing, heat press, or warehouse production preferred but not required (training provided)
