Job summary As a U.S. Analyst, you will work closely with the Shipping Finance and Intermodal Finance teams to support the coverage and management of a portfolio of existing and prospective clients (mainly shipowners and container box lessors) in the Americas. You will liaise with middle office, agency, risk, compliance, and Know Your Client teams to prepare marketing presentations, credit analysis packages, financial and risk analysis, and market analysis. You will also support transaction documentation with external counsel and participate in client and transaction annual reviews. Primary Responsibilities Prepare marketing presentations. Prepare and update Know Your Customer checks and memoranda. Participate in structuring new transactions, including cash flow modelling. Prepare credit analysis packages for credit committee presentation, including financial, risk analysis, and internal rating assessment. Monitor and update relevant bank systems. Prepare specific market analysis. Coordinate loan transaction documentation with external legal counsels until closing. Contribute to client/transaction annual reviews, including financial analysis, covenant monitoring, reporting, and lender relations. Geographical area America, United States of America City Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Experience Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Candidate is eligible to work in the U.S. No current or future visa sponsorship required (including CPT, OPT or F‑1 visa). Preferred Qualifications Internship experience in finance, ideally in Transportation and/or Asset Finance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Strong financial accounting and financial modelling skills. Excellent understanding of the business environment, macroeconomics, international trade dynamics.
