Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of program management experience with consumer-facing products. Experience in designing and operating highly distributed, scalable and available systems Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools and technologies Preferred Qualifications Strong technical proficiency, steadfast attention to details, persistent at follow up and demanding of quality. Consistent track record of running complex cross functional software projects that support applications and services Proficiency in applying project management and collaboration tools Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Hands-on experience building and delivering client software, web and internet services Self-starting, self-directed, results producing and self-sufficient. Flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility Experience working in a multifaceted, results driven environment. Comfortable managing ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) - Master’s or MBA a plus. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
