\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week assignment
\n• Patient ratio of 1:6 across all shifts
\n• Weekend coverage required
\n• Float to other Med Surg/Telemetry floors as needed
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• 12 hours of orientation provided
\n• 3 years of experience required, 4 years preferred
\n• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
\n• Must have experience with cardiac telemetry and Med Surg/Tele units
\n• Patient ratio experience of 1:5 preferred
\n• Care for patients across all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
\n• Handle diagnoses including med/surg, postoperative, pediatrics (limited), and COVID patients
\n• Work with daily census of approximately 30 patients
\n• Royal blue scrubs required
\n• One request for time off permitted
\n• Complete 4-6 hours of non-billable modules pre-start and annually through Net Learning portal
