Growing consumer services agency is hiring a Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team! The is a fantastic opportunity working to join a company with great employee morale. 

• Maintain General Ledger
• Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other accounts monthly.
• Preparing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Month-End/Year-End Close
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing billing, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Assisting with budget preparation and financial projections.
• Preparing and assisting with tax returns and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assisting internal and external auditors.
• Analyzing internal procedures and recommending enhancements. 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ MS Dynamic and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
