This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Director of Spa & Wellness to lead a high-performing team and elevate an already exceptional guest experience to new heights of serenity and sophistication. The Role As Director of Spa & Wellness, you will oversee the daily operations, business performance, and guest journey across spa, fitness, and holistic wellbeing programs. You’ll drive innovation in treatments, partnerships, and wellness experiences while ensuring the highest standards of luxury service and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a diverse spa and wellness team with a focus on excellence, engagement, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, enhance guest loyalty, and maintain world-class quality. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for all spa and wellness operations. Ensure compliance with Forbes and Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) or LQA service standards. Introduce and sustain innovative wellness programs, retreats, and signature treatments. Manage spa systems and scheduling software (Book4Time experience preferred). Collaborate with other department heads to create seamless guest experiences. About You Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in luxury spa or wellness operations preferred. Proven success within Forbes-rated or LHW/LQA environments. Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive performance through service excellence. A natural leader with outstanding communication, organization, and guest engagement skills. Degree or certifications in cosmetology, massage therapy, yoga, wellness management, or related fields.
