Pay Rate: $21/hour
Company Overview:
A direct manufacturer and wholesaler of diamonds to retail jewelers. Specializing in loose white and fancy colored diamonds in a wide array of cuts, shapes, and sizes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare all outgoing shipments and assist with receipt of incoming shipments
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Organize and maintain stockroom
• Pick up and drop off parcels locally
• Scan documents (memos , rtvs ‘s etc)
Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Entry level experience
Skills and Abilities:
• Energetic with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to stay focused managing multiple priorities
• Enjoy working with people
• Good communication skills
• Computer knowledge
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
