Logitech is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Customer Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at driving growth and optimizing our presence on key retail partner e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in designing and executing effective marketing programs that provide measurable ROI and enhance product visibility.
As the primary liaison between Logitech and our retail partners, you will leverage data-driven strategies to boost customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. Your focus will be on developing tailored marketing initiatives that align with partner objectives while simultaneously strengthening Logitech's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Program Development: Create and execute innovative marketing programs and campaigns specifically for retail partners’ e-commerce platforms.
Collaboration with Product and Brand Teams: Develop compelling digital content (including product pages, videos, and descriptions) optimized for consumer engagement and search functionality.
Data Insights Utilization: Use analytics to improve product visibility and ensure alignment with Logitech's growth objectives.
Performance Analytics & ROI Tracking
KPI Definition: Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing programs, calculate ROI, and drive ongoing performance improvement.
Sales Performance Analysis: Evaluate customer behavior data, traffic, conversion rates, and search metrics.
Campaign Review: Regularly assess campaign metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
Site Optimization & Search Share
Identifying Opportunities: Pinpoint enhancements for retail partners’ platforms, including SEO improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure that Logitech's products maintain high visibility within search rankings.
Growth Strategy Implementation: Develop strategies to strengthen Logitech’s search share in critical categories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnership with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and analytics for holistic alignment with Logitech's objectives.
Point of Contact for Retail Partners: Build and maintain positive relationships to promote seamless collaboration.
Competitor Activity Tracking: Stay aware of competitive dynamics and adjust strategies when necessary.
Growth Initiatives

Marketing Recommendations: Suggest new marketing opportunities based on consumer trends and product performance.

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) of typically between $120K and $260K depending on location and experience. In specific circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on business needs, candidate experience, and skills.
