As a Sr. Salesforce QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will create and execute test plans, report defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud).



• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications.



• Create and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test scripts.



• Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions to ensure testability of requirements.



• Identify and report risks and issues that may impact the quality of the application.



• Continuously learn and improve the QA process by identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices.



• Work with the QA lead and other team members to ensure timely resolution of defects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.



• Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on testing complex software applications.



• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.



• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud.



• Proficiency in test case management and defect tracking tools.



• Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.



• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.



• Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud) manual testing experience, strong critical thinker and someone who can work in ambiguity.



• Strong communication skills and naturally inquisitive



• Very high sense of ownership, as it is key that all team members continuously work towards progress, rather than wait for work to be assigned.



• Good problem solvers and must have an end-to-end way of thinking. Bring ideas of "how could we do this" to the table/thought leadership.
