Salesforce Developer TECHM-JOB-25166 Role: Salesforce Engineer / Developer Location: Newark, CA (Day1 onsite from client office - No remote) Skill: SFDC Platform Development Service Cloud: Job Responsibilities: Work with Business Analyst to develop, schedule and implement Service Cloud Capability to support Business Campaigns work flexibly to accomplish this. Develop in the Salesforce Lightning Platform. Mentor others in the Platform and its Development environment. Troubleshoot issues and develop defect fixes and enhancements. Utilize interfaces with CRM to assure a seamless tracking of Guest experience; use this information to further customize client's website shopping experience for the Guest. Work cooperatively with IT Development Team. Other duties as assigned by management. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required Salesforce Certification in Service Cloud as Developer preferred A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and the Lightning Platform required; familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Customer Facing Apps is a plus Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in API's and Web Services Customer focused Flexible and adaptable to change Tenacity and commitment to tasks Self-disciplined Strong analytical reasoning skills Sales Cloud: Responsibilities:

Technical design and implementation (develop / maintain) of salesforce solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options and benefits to key technical program stakeholders Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping sales cloud technical solutions using best practices. Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes. Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors Provide day to day sales cloud platform and user support Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and post production support of Sales Cloud functionality Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential Customize as necessary in implementing scalable solutions, while advocating for best practices

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field 5-7 years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects used in Lead to Opportunity and Opportunity to Quote processes Strong experience with SFDC Advanced approvals Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools and processes Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership Exposure to CLM tools and processes will be a plus
