Job Description

Role Overview: Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment on the Force.com platform.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC, Aura), and Visualforce.
• Build complex integrations with SFDC and other systems using APIs or middleware like Mulesoft or Workato.
• Implement standard Salesforce functionality and features such as Workflow, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Conduct integration testing and maintain high code coverage with Apex test classes.
• Apply industry best practices and design patterns in Apex development.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development practices to scale implementations across Lucid business units.
• Optimize sales systems efficiency and scalability for rapid growth.
• Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and SOD (Segregation of Duties) requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
• Experience with early-stage development of Sales Cloud instances in mid-market or enterprise companies.
• Proficiency in Force.com Platform skills: Apex, Lightning (LWC, Aura), SOQL, Unit Testing, Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce sites and Lightning Communities.
• Integration experience with external systems (REST & SOAP API, JSON & XML).
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines, and governor limits.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Admin certifications.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
