Imubit is looking for a systems-oriented thinker to lead sales and marketing operations, with a charter to enable data-driven decision-making and increase team productivity through technology adoption, process improvements, and streamlined workflows and reporting.

We are looking for:

You are a systems-oriented thinker who truly enjoys implementing, maturing, and fine-tuning sales and marketing processes to optimize business outcomes. You have a track record and passion for building a ‘one-source of truth’ data-driven organization and can facilitate operational alignment across planning, lead and pipeline management, data management, and measurement/reporting.

You are a Salesforce expert with 3-5 years of experience and have deep knowledge of the GTM tech stack and integrations. You’ll rely on that knowledge daily, as you’ll play a primary role in managing the pipeline sales forecasting processes, sales territory assignments, sales tool creation, new sales onboarding, and analysis/reporting, as well as administering Salesforce for the entire organization. Above all, you know how to bring the best systems and processes to turn a fast-growing team into an optimized sales and marketing force.

In this position, you will:

  • Drive operational excellence to meet the needs of the GTM functions, implement and optimize sales processes, create operations roadmap to mature processes, tools, and systems in pace with company growth
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and driving Salesforce to be the single source of truth
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking and reporting on the sales funnel, pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Identify data discrepancies or anomalies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective measure to ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to define lead qualification and lead flow process, track, analyze, and report
  • Generate dashboards in Salesforce to monitor key sales and marketing metrics, track performance trends, and hone processes to improve funnel performance
  • Administer and maintain platform integrations between the sales and marketing technology stacks
  • Support marketing campaign-building and programs activation with contact management, list segmentation, and inform AEs of account activity with marketing programs
  • Work closely with business leaders and finance on forecasting and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate cross functional, gather business requirements and to identify areas for process improvements
  • Provide guidance on KPI metrics, sales and business planning

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Zoominfo, Gong,ChorusAI, Martech/automation tools (i.e. HubSpot), Drift, Google, Microsoft and other business applications
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new business and technical concepts

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator experience preferably in SaaS enterprise tech
  • Proven ability to administer Salesforce ecosystem; system configuration, (maintenance, system enhancements/upgrades, etc.), creation of reports and dashboards, end-user training and data integrations, ensuring data hygiene and integrity.
  • Change management, on-boarding and training new sales talent, clear communications, documentation and sales enablement experience
  • Salesforce campaign creation, member set-up and management, for consistent tracking across multiple efforts
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems a plus
  • Vendor sourcing, negotiations, and management
