Registered Nurse - RN - Corrections 

This  corrections opportunity is perfect for  RNs to deliver the highest quality of care, with the support of a motivated team of caregivers. Located in Springfield, AL , you'll be ready to exceed levels of care on your time with a flexible schedule at this facility.

PAY:

$1,800/Weekly Gross

$50/Hourly

36 hours/Week

MORE ABOUT THE  RN REGISTERED NURSE POSITION:

1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
3. Provide a basic level of general nursing care to forensic clients, patients, and inmates with mental, emotional, or developmental disabilities
4. Provide care under the clinical direction of a physician
5. Respond to medical emergencies within the correctional facility, providing immediate care and coordinating with other healthcare and security staff
6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting assessments, interventions, and communication with inmates
7. Advocate for the health and well-being of inmates, ensuring that their healthcare needs are addressed appropriately

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE  RN REGISTERED NURSE:

1. 1+ years of recent corrections experience required
2. BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
4. RN license in Alabama or compact license
