Job Summary: Supervises the maintenance of student records and provides reports in accordance with our customer/partner, U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) rules and regulations. Implements and monitors center internal controls and policies to ensure quality and integrity in all data generated.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelors degree in business administration or similar program. Two years experience working with youth in a school, workforce program, or similar setting and two years supervisory/management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree is acceptable.
Preferred: In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must have regular attendance.
Knowledge: Proficient in the use of a personal computer; working knowledge of word processing and math spreadsheet, and electronic mail software applications. Thorough knowledge of office management procedures and recordkeeping functions. Sound management techniques. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good organizational skills.
