Trucare Transportation is seeking dependable and professional drivers to provide safe, reliable non-medical transportation services for our clients. Drivers play a key role in ensuring passengers arrive at their destinations on time while maintaining a positive, respectful, and safe environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are punctual, patient, and committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
•    Safely transport clients to and from scheduled destinations
•    Follow assigned routes and schedules accurately
•    Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle when needed
•    Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
•    Complete daily driver logs, mileage logs, and required paperwork
•    Use company apps (e.g., ParaScope) to clock in/out and document trips
•    Communicate clearly with dispatch and management
•    Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements
•    Valid California Driver’s License
•    Clean driving record
•    Must pass background check and drug screening
•    Reliable and punctual
•    Ability to use smartphone apps for logging trips and time
•    Professional appearance and positive attitude
•    Previous driving or transportation experience preferred (not required)
