Your own set of tools, including extension ladders Proficiency in carpentry - trim, door hanging, wood rot repair, ability to identify load bearing walls. Proficiency in drywall repair and painting, both interior and exterior. Remodeling experience - you should be comfortable remodeling a bathroom from start to finish. Electrical experience - you should know how to set up a three way switch Plumbing experience - you should know how to sweat copper & run a drain pipe.
