As a Junior Recruiter , you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. Youll collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and contribute to the overall recruitment process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the field of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
• Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews. Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and updates.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews, communicate logistics, and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Update candidate profiles and track progress.
• Assist in Offer Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate terms.

Salary: $40,000- $45,000 per year (depends on experience level)
