Job Details

Locations: Neptune City, NJ & Monroe, NJ

Schedules:

Neptune City: 7 PM - 7 AM, rotating 4 days on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off

Monroe: 6 PM - 6 AM, rotating 4 days on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off

Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hr (higher based on experience) + OT available

Job Description

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding equipment.

Work with production and R&D teams to meet quality and scheduling requirements.

Maintain documentation for traceability and reproducibility.

Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

Perform equipment maintenance and workflow optimization.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in injection molding or food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and production management.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
