Project Duration: Short-term / Project-Based (Estimated 1-3 days)

Pay: Hourly (based on experience)

• $18-$22/hour for Industrial Cleaners
• $22-$25/hour for Lead / Scrubber Operator

Project Overview

We are hiring an industrial cleaning crew for a one-time deep-cleaning project at a large industrial facility. This project involves hard-surface floor scrubbing and industrial wall and column cleaning, including degreasing and removal of heavy surface buildup.

A commercial floor scrubber will be provided. Prior experience in industrial or warehouse cleaning is strongly preferred.

Scope of Work

Hard Surface Floor Cleaning

• Scrubbing and deep cleaning of concrete, vinyl, and other industrial hard surfaces
• Operating a commercial floor scrubber (equipment provided)
• Edge work and detail cleaning around equipment and corners

Wall, Column & Vertical Surface Cleaning

• Industrial degreasing of perimeter walls and structural columns
• Removal of scuffs, oils, dust, and surface grime
• Cleaning vertical surfaces in an industrial environment

Requirements

• Prior industrial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience with floor scrubbers or industrial equipment is a plus
• Physically capable of extended standing, scrubbing, lifting, and bending
• Ability to follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Safety & PPE

• PPE required (gloves, safety vest, etc.)
• Safety briefing provided on-site
