PDS Tech is seeking experienced Industrial Carpenters / Wood Finishers to join our talented production team. In this role, you’ll put the final touches on beautifully crafted, custom-designed store fixtures—transforming them from raw materials into stunning, showroom-ready pieces. If you have an eye for detail, a love for working with your hands, and a passion for quality, this is your opportunity to shine.
Pay Rate: 23/HR.
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and instructions to meet product specs.
Prepare a variety of materials ( wood, metal, plastic, vinyl, paper ) using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning chemicals.
Mix and apply stains, topcoats, and sealants to achieve the perfect color, shade, and sheen.
Use spray equipment to bring fixtures to life with precise finishes.
Safely stack, unstack, and move parts to prevent damage.
Contribute to a team culture that values family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment .
Experience in wood working - especially finishing details on commercial or industrial products
Skilled in using and maintaining spray equipment, sanding, and grinding tools .
Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: 2-year degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
