About Us:Fix-It 24/7 is Colorado's go-to home service company, known for our fast response, technical expertise, and unbeatable customer care. We're growingand we need a high-performing HVAC Service Manager to lead our team to the next level.
The Role:We're looking for a results-driven, revenue-focused leader who's not just great with people but extremely technically inclined in HVAC service and troubleshooting. You'll oversee our service department, drive performance, and ensure every job is done rightthe first time.
What You'll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians to deliver top-tier service and results.
Drive department revenue and hit monthly/annual goals.
Provide advanced technical support for complex service calls and diagnostics.
Implement processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs, coach on performance, and foster a winning team culture.
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
What We're Looking For: Deep HVAC technical expertise ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and guide on complex issues.
Proven leadership experience in service management.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
High energy, accountability, and commitment to customer excellence.
