We seek an experienced Sr. HVAC Service Technician OR HVAC Service Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 15+ years (minimum) of commercial HVAC service experience, extensive knowledge of large HVAC equipment, and strong leadership skills. As a senior HVAC Service Technician, you will lead field operations, ensuring top-tier service, repair, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
What are the core responsibilities this person will have day in and day out?

• Lead the service, repair, startup, and commissioning of large commercial HVAC equipment including package units, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.
• Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing hands-on guidance and leadership in the field.
• Ensure efficient and high-quality service operations, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and implementing practical solutions.
• Maintain a clean driving record while performing field service tasks, ensuring all work complies with local and federal safety regulations.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills by providing clear communication and technical expertise during client interactions.

MUST HAVE skillsets

• 15+ years’ experience commercial and or residential
• If not both commercial and residential, Must have the willingness to learn/do the other
• HVAC certifications and EPA cards
• Clear MVR

NICE TO HAVE skillsets

• OSHA 30 preferred
• EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team in the field, balancing hands-on work with team supervision.
