Position Overview As our HR Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment efforts — from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. Manage and support employee relations, performance reviews, and career development. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards. Foster a healthy, motivating work environment that reflects our creative spirit. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administrative tasks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with digital tools for HR management and remote collaboration. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Nice to Have Experience in the gaming or tech industry. Passion for online games — especially Dinosaur Game! Certification in HR (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
