Summer Internship as an
HR Intern in
Savannah, GA to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. Must possess strong organizational skills and efficient work habits. The HR Intern will receive hands-on experience working in an HR department within a 400+ person company.
- Collect documentation and update training classes, including scanning documentation, utilizing our internal training system.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Fulfill, order, and organize company apparel.
- Request and update employee information, certifications, and registrations in internal systems
- Assist with filing and file organization.
- Assist with employee onboarding.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Strongly preferred experience working in an office environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Detail oriented is a must.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Paid 40 hour per week internships begin in May 2025 and end in August 2025.
Relocation and Housing are not provided.
