Position Overview
We are seeking motivated licensed insurance professionals who want to take control of their careers. This is a commission-only position with 50/50 commission splits on both new and renewal business . That means your effort pays you today and in the future —every client you bring on becomes a long-term income stream. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, work from home, and generate your own leads while selling home and auto insurance .
From day one , you’ll have the ability to write with top national carriers including Progressive, Geico, Allstate, Nationwide, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, and more.

Responsibilities
Sell personal lines insurance (home and auto)
Generate and manage your own leads
Advise clients on insurance coverage options tailored to their needs
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
Stay up-to-date with carrier guidelines and compliance standards
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (P&C)
3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
Independent agency experience strongly preferred
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Must provide your own leads
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with a 50/50 split on both new and renewal business . Unlike many sales jobs, your income doesn’t stop after the first sale — you’ll earn year after year on renewals , creating a stable and growing income stream for yourself. The harder you work, the more you earn — with no income ceiling.
