Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in printed circuit boards (PCBs), is seeking a dedicated LDI Operator to join their team. As a LDI Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: LDI Operator

Location: Fremont , CA

Pay Range: $22 to $26

Shift: Night Shift — 5 to 6 hours per day
10:00pm start time

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain laser imaging equipment used in PCB production.
• Set up, load, and align production panels for laser exposure according to specifications.
• Perform daily calibration and maintenance checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect imaged panels for defects or misalignment, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Accurately record production data and maintain traceability in company systems.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in PCB manufacturing or photo imaging processes (training provided if needed).
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate Windows-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
