Position Summary This position will produce designs that elevate the Pro Football Hall of Fame's profile across graphics, logos, images, exhibit and retail spaces that are creative, edgy, progressive and impactful. This position will report to the Creative Director.
Schedule - This is a part-time, hourly position, up to 25 hours per week, with support required on some weekends and evenings.
- This position is an in-office design position and will not be available for remote candidates.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities - Design graphics, logos, layouts and visual elements for print, digital media, events, exhibit and retail spaces. These include posters, signage, invitations, social media advertisements, maps, large format print branding, event experiences, presentations and more.
- Develop and present design proposals and concepts ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in Pro Football Hall of Fame campaigns while adhering to brand identity standards.
- Work closely with pre-press, external creative agencies, photographers, and producers to deliver high-quality designs.
- Collaborate with teammates to create the best quality work, including participating in brainstorming and concept development.
- Develop graphics and layouts for a wide range of products and media, while adhering to Pro Football Hall of Fame, NFL, and NFL team brand standards.

Are you up for the challenge? Here are qualifications we are searching for: - Experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro knowledge are a plus.
- High level of creativity with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are preferred.
- Understanding of the game of professional football and its history preferred.
