Job Summary

Aviator Nation looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Graphic Design Intern. Applicants must be based in COLUMBUS, OHIO . In this role, you will help develop and execute concepts. This is a great opportunity for a talented student to gain professional experience. While this is an entry-level role, we expect applicants to have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. You must submit a portfolio of work to be considered.

Compensation Range: $17- $21/hr, depending on, but not limited to, experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client research
• Help develop and execute design projects
• Assist with administrative tasks when necessary
• Contribute to the full design cycle - from research to ideation through execution
• Adhere to brand guidelines

Skills, Abilities & Requirements

• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Collaboration skills
• Ability to clearly explain and write about design issues and dynamically present ideas to senior management
• Baseline understanding of design methodologies, user-experience/interface design, information design, and corporate identity/branding.

• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations of time
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 20 pounds
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color peripheral, and depth perception
• Noise level in the work environment is moderate
