Responsibilities Develop web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Golang for backend. Design software architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Participate in requirement analysis, development planning, and product quality assessment. Ensure software development processes follow Agile/Scrum methodologies. Support training, mentoring, and skill development for team members. Communicate effectively with related departments and clients, report progress in English. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience. A productivity enthusiast (80+ WPM typing speed, Vim motions, etc.). Passionate about continuous learning—new technologies are part of your lifestyle. You enjoy reading and watching coding content for fun. English communicate fluently Technical Skills Frontend: TypeScript with deep expertise in React.js. Backend: Go (2+ years in production required), Java, C++, C#. Advanced knowledge of Redux and modern frontend architectures (state management, performance optimization, scalable component design). Expert-level understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and distributed systems. Strong computer science fundamentals with real-world application in large-scale systems.
