We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong automotive repair and diagnostics background, demonstrating proficiency with hand tools and mechanical systems. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality standards in all repairs and services. Family-owned and operated Automotive Group since 1960. Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including diesel engines.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute repairs effectively.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes.
• Align wheels and perform other adjustments as needed to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on diagnostics and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment relevant to the trade.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.

Pay: $32.50 per hour
