We are proud to be #TeamAmex and #TeamAccertify. Accertify is growing and we are looking to add Chargeback Analyst to our global fraud-fighting team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, investigate, and respond to queued payment disputes with robust compelling evidence

• Import and export data with 100% accuracy from Client platforms to Accertify’s and vice-versa

• Prioritize work to meet and exceed deadlines

• Independently resolve problems that require extensive research

• Thoroughly research transaction risk utilizing both new and existing tools

• Remain up to date on card brand standards for successful representments in order to win the maximum number of disputes and exceed Client’s return on investment

• Constantly communicate fraud trends and share best practices with peers and leaders

• Maintain professional persistence when reviewing transactions or speaking with customers

• Develop Client-specific expertise to further support a model-first vision

• Utilize chargeback platform features to build upon initial familiarity with Client risk profiles

• Work well with and contribute to a global team of industry experts who develop and maintain an effective risk strategy

• Reports platform issues as they arise and proactively identifies potential impacts to Clients

• Maintains adherence to regulatory, operational, and compliance standards

• Proactively demonstrates a willingness to learn both fraud and chargebacks processes with an ability to become cross-leveraged across both teams

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred focus on Commerce, Finance, or similar

• Strong desire to build a career in the fraud/risk industry

• Previous chargeback, e-commerce fraud prevention, or similar experience preferred

• Fine-tuned organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Proven ability to pay attention to detail

• Displays confidence in making decisions independently with exceptional problem-solving skills

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Strong internet research skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once

• Demonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work all shifts, including non-business hours, overnights, weekends, and holidays
