• Greet all clients warmly and professionally as they enter the office
• Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, text, and in person
• Promptly return all client communications
• Support policy servicing while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Stay current on insurance products and coverage options
• Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities with confidence
• Build lasting relationships with clients and team members

• Insurance service experience
• Professionalism
• Property & Casualty License is required - Ability to obtain or possess an active Property and Casualty license
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude is a necessity.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
