We’re seeking individuals with expertise in any of the following: Ultra-Pure Water, Water Treatment and Reclamation, HVAC or Exhaust, Instrumentation and Controls, and Facilities Management Systems.

As a Facilities Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
• Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
• Assignments are semiroutine in nature.
• Work performed within generally defined parameters.
• Some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems.
• Normally receives general instructions on most

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree, certification, and/or trade degree in water treatment or purification, instrumentation and controls, HVAC, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, STEM, related field of study.

These positions are for a compressed workweek role that works alternating three and four day work weeks:

• Day shifts:
  • Shift 5 works front half of the week (Sunday-Tuesday) and alternates Wednesdays.
  • Shift 7 works back half of the week (Thurs-Saturday) and alternates Wednesdays
