Job Description
Our growing car wash business is seeking an experienced and initiative-taking car wash Manager to oversee our daily operations.

Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee daily car wash operations
-Hire, train, and manage your team
-Maintain a safe and clean work environment
-Manage and oversee car wash equipment
-Check car wash equipment and schedule repairs if necessary
-Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations
-Handle customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
-Prepare and maintain financial reports including daily sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data
Requirements
- 3 years management experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to take constructive criticism.
- Excellent customer service skills, knows how to deescalate demanding situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with diligence.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven history of managing successful business with a challenging environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
