Business Development Representative – Panda Exteriors

What You'll Do

• Represent Panda Exteriors in your community, helping homeowners improve their homes while saving money and going green
• Learn proven sales strategies through our paid training program
• Connect with homeowners, understand their roofing and exterior needs, and set appointments for our sales team
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly goals with the support of a collaborative team

• Bi-weekly pay : Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (we'll train the rest)
• Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
• Comfort with outdoor, face-to-face conversations

• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma (or equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
