Entry Level Realtor
Real Estate Assistant – Entry-Level Position
REQUIRES A VALID TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE. Must reside in the Austin metro area. The RE Assistant must be a friendly and social person, with the drive to help the lead agent reach collective team success while continuously progressing and maturing into a leader.
The lead agent will assess the buyer’s criteria and forward them to the RE Assistant who will locate and schedule viewings of suitable dwellings. During the tour, the RE Assistant will help the buyer modify their search parameters as needed and exhibit additional homes as necessary. When the buyer is ready to submit an offer to purchase, the RE Assistant will return the baton to the lead agent.
This role entails scheduling house tours for five to seven buyers a month, with bonus payments made when the sale goes through. The RE Assistant is required to possess a real estate license in order to meet the state’s requirements for the job and may be given the chance to become a Buyer Specialist. They will need to develop and sustain professional relationships and must have a history of accomplishment. Furthermore, attention to detail is absolutely essential.
Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
