Summary
We are assisting a Logistics Company find a Export Coordinator that handles customer service activities including data entry, billing, order processing, and inquiry response to ensure smooth delivery operations and a high level of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with exporter/customers
• Enter data for U.S. Customs and other government agencies
• Arrange trucking/drayage with vendors
• Coordinate with the warehouse for receiving and shipping
• Verify ocean bills of lading, export documents, and AES filings
• Ensure accuracy of all export documentation
• Approve vendor invoices and process payments
• Generate customer invoices
• Maintain export account operations and files
• Audit and maintain shipment and customer records

Routine Duties

• Manage time efficiently to meet customer schedules and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with vessel companies, warehouse, trucking vendors, branch offices, and customers
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule

Qualifications

• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Proficient with computers and data entry

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required
• 2–4 years of college or equivalent work experience in warehousing, trucking, or freight forwarding preferred

Work Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional time in a warehouse setting; appropriate footwear and attire required.
