As a former NFL [football] player, we are seeking highly motivated and committed individuals who don't mind hard work and being apart of a successful team atmosphere! As a delivery associate [driver], you will drive a DOT-regulated vehicle, stay active, work independently, and strive for excellence as we  safely  deliver Amazon packages to customers in your community every day. We will do everything in our power to provide you with the knowledge and resources needed to excel, as the NFL coaches/teams I played with did for me. You will not be micromanaged while working for us as long as you maintain productivity and follow  all safety  guidelines given to you; you will independently be able to get your job done. - Responsibilities:

• Our Delivery Associates/Drivers drive a delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers within their community
• Plan to work 4-5 days a week
• Scheduled 9-10 hour work days
• Deliver approximately between 125 to 300 packages per work day
• Show great ability & potentially  move up to higher role(s) to become bonus eligible  $
• Must be comfortable driving & working in varying weather conditions, including rain and snow.
• Our drivers follow strict safety standards  on and off the road
• You'll interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• You'll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process (being tech savvy is a huge plus in this business)
• Be customer obsessed and care about the satisfaction of each and every customer

- Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must have a  valid driver's license
• Ability to  lift packages up to 50 pounds
• Open and flexible schedule
• Be a reliable & dependable employee

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.25 - $24.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
