Our Coffee Shop is Beech Mountain Resort’s cozy coffee hub, offering delicious beverages and warm hospitality to all guests. We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager who will oversee daily operations, lead our team of baristas, and ensure each guest has an exceptional experience. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is a full-time seasonal position. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Coffee Shop Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas Provide creative direction for menu development, including specialty drinks and baked goods Assist with in-house baking and ensure high-quality offerings Manage hiring, staffing, and scheduling to maintain efficient operations Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage costs effectively Uphold cleanliness and health standards in accordance with regulations Qualifications Previous experience in a leadership role within a coffee shop, café, or similar setting Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and menu development Experience in baking or an interest in expanding baked good offerings Proven ability to train, manage, and inspire a team Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Beech Mountain Resort
