About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President to provide executive financial leadership across its integrated healthcare system. The CFO will be a key executive partner to the CEO and leadership team, collaborating to develop and implement financial strategies that enhance the company's mission and ensure its continued impact within the communities it serves. Key responsibilities for the CFO include directing the company's financial planning and operations, maintaining positive relationships with key constituents, and overseeing the financial due diligence process related to any network mergers or acquisitions. The CFO will also be responsible for budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, and insurance activities, as well as evaluating the organization's financial position and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a Master's degree and experience in a financial leadership role within an adult hospital or health system, with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle and managed care. Strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and strong financial and business acumen are essential. The CFO will be expected to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The role requires the CFO to provide strategic leadership, foster high-level performance in healthcare delivery, and work with various stakeholders to ensure the financial stability and long-term success of the organization.
