Overview Prince Telecom is hiring full-time entry level Cable Technicians in the Green Bay area to help connect America! What You’ll Do Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone and/or alarm equipment. Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues. Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates. Perform customer service duties by: Greeting customers in the home during a walkthrough; Reviewing all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement; Interacting with customers in a professional, courteous manner, including when responding to escalations and repeated concerns; Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
