Job Responsibilities?
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Analyze data to determine market needs, preferences, and opportunities for business growth.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify & prospect clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, & research.
Qualify leads and prioritizes opportunities based on strategic business objectives.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing information and solutions as needed.
4. Proposal Development and Submission:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Ensure proposals align with client requirements and showcase Weigand Construction's capabilities effectively.
5. Market Expansion Strategies:
Contribute to the development of business development strategies to expand the company's market presence.
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications?
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in BD or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
Goal-oriented with a drive for achieving and exceeding targets.
