Position: Technical Support Advisor

Type:  Full Time (Hybrid)

Locations:  Augusta, GA OR Alpharetta, GA

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Interpret business needs and translate them into documented business, functional and technical requirements
• Work with business stakeholders to provide advice and guidance
• Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities
• Assist in the preparation of, and maintenance of training material
• Play a part in ongoing support, particularly in the use of the insurance and sales platforms
• Participate in business meetings and answer system related questions, provide feedback on program functions and effectiveness

Must Have:

• possess a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong organizational, detail orientation and relationship management skills are a must for this position
• Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong arithmetic skills, as well as strong research, analysis, and creative problem solving to business issues.
• Basic knowledge annuities, life insurance, retirement investment products, securities, and third-party distribution
• Ability to leverage sales enablement technology, training and tools with proficiency in key technology platforms MS Office suite
