*Job Summary:*

Are you passionate about creating positive change in underserved communities? *Special Needs Network (SNN)* is seeking a dedicated *Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) *with Clinical Supervision experience to join our nonprofit organization. This role is based in *El Monte, CA, and surrounding cities*. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and implement ABA programs in in-home settings.
* Develop and adjust programs to meet evolving needs.
* Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians.
* Assist in meeting productivity goals and staff development.
* Produce progress reports and treatment plans.

*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related program with ABA concentration.
* Active BCBA Certification required.
* 1 year of Clinical Supervision experience preferred.
* Experience with in-home services is a plus.
* Experience in Pediatrics is a plus.
