Busy cafe is looking for a full-time Baker to join our team in Wilmette. This position will work days to make baked goods for our café, to go cases and catering business.
The Baker will be charged with baking sweet and savory muffins, scones, cookies, tarts, cakes, quiches, and other baked goods including doughs.
Our ideal candidate will have an eye towards consistency, quality and precision. They will be organized with the ability to work independently to diligently follow restaurant recipes. Working in an open kitchen environment requires our Culinary Team to be professional in appearance and polished.
This is a morning | day cafe with no dinner hours.
