Are you a experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager who enjoys the operational side of commercial real estate and wants to be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team? What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
• Prepare and review budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• Handle CAM reconciliations and expense recoveries
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ownership groups
• Utilize Yardi for financials, reporting, and property management functions
• Tenant relations

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in commercial property management
• Yardi experience strongly preferred
• CAM reconciliation experience ideal
• Detail-oriented, organized, and financially savvy
• Professional, proactive, and team-focused mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a corporate office environment
• Ability to maintain a professional business appearance
